General Eligibility Requirements
- Aged 18–35 years (flexible depending on the industry sector)
- Minimum education Senior High School / Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Must pass:
- Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT N4 / JFT-Basic)
- Skill assessment test relevant to the job field
- Must have no criminal record
Previous work experience in Japan is not mandatory, depending on the job sector.
